We use the colour coding scheme to improve your businesses hygiene and cleanliness overall, the system was developed to ensure that there was no cross-contamination from different areas of the organisation. The scheme is successfully used at all of our customers organisations across Scotland and has always been a huge success.
The colour coding scheme categories
Using the colour coding scheme you can have peace of mind knowing that our cleaners are doing a hygienic clean every time they are in your premises, the colour coding scheme focuses on four bright coloured categories to help our cleaners make sure they are using the correct equipment.
Blue will be the most common one you see used because this is usually for corridors and low infection risk areas, green is used in kitchens and food preparation areas, red and yellow are used in public toilet areas with red being used on high-risk infection areas w being used around the hand basins etc.
