Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification
Sometimes damage to flooring, carpets and/or upholstery is just too severe for just cleaning alone. For example after a fire or flood damage . This where our skilled technicians may be able to renew at a cheaper cost than full replacement using a cleaning restoration process.
A normal carpet cleaning company would not have the specialist knowledge required to tackle such a job.
One example of that technique was a rush job after a workman walked through reception. Unfortunately this was without first cleaning the bottom of his shoes. In addition he was not following standing instructions to wear the required blue plastic shoe protectors. The reception opened up into a very large open plan office area and his feet left a trail of paint and oily chemicals for around 4 metres inside the door.
Normal carpet shampoos would not remove the stains and the company were resigned to ordering a full carpet replacement. However this could not be completed before important VIP visitors from their Head Office in the USA were due to visit.
Our Area Manager discussed the issue with one of our carpet cleaning restoration specialist team members. Our specialist then drove up to inspect the marks for himself. Only then was he was able to reduce the stains to the point where they were invisible to the normal eye. Another satisfied customer.
These type of problems do arise in a number of commercial cleaning contracts. Where normal cleaning process just do not work. We have access to specialists from other parts of our company who are available to assist or support. Most commercial cleaning firms do not have these in-house specialist teams and have to give up on jobs that they cannot complete to your full satisfaction.
Our specialist carpet cleaning restoration team members have developed the necessary skills though structured training and examinations set an an international level by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning Restoration Certification (IICRC) body.
