Carpet Cleaning and Carpet Care
As a commercial cleaning company we are doing carpet cleaning on a regular basis right across Scotland. Even within offices and retail stores there are a lot of potential problems for carpets getting stained or just dirty.
Dirt tends to accumulate in any carpet along any grit that has been walked in from outside on bottom of shoes etc. This reduces the life of the carpet through faster wear and tear. However it also creates a home for those destructive carpet mites to live and breed as well as associated bacteria.
The cost of regular professional cleaning of your carpets is minimal in comparison to the replacement of the full carpet.
Carpet Cleaning and Vacuum Cleaners
Just like an iceberg the dirt that is visible is very small compared to the total amount submerged inside the pile. It is reckoned by many that up to 85% of carpet dirt is deep down and hidden. Simply vacuuming your office carpet (even by the most powerful machines) is not enough to remove ALL the dirt and grit.
Even small to medium size offices can experience a lot of footfall with staff walking about. Larger offices and retail environments will experience far higher levels and need even more regular deep carpet cleaning.
Yet if your carpets are cleaned by staff who have not been properly trained they can do more harm than good. Our staff are trained to the professional standards of BICSc and the National Carpet Care Association.
You may also like to know more about our carpet and floor care specialist teams. They are trained to the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification standards. These carpet cleaning team members are highly trained specialist staff and provide support to our cleaning staff. Their skills lie in not just cleaning a carpet but restoring many of them to be like new.
Read about one job they were called upon which saved our customer thousands of pounds. Others had failed before us but we removed some difficult oil and paint stains from an office carpet.
