Each area of Scotland has its own dedicated manager who has had rigorous training in line with The British Institute Of Cleaning Science code of practise.
Clean Care Scotland Managers are dedicated to both self development and training supporting their cleaning staff. Having quality trained cleaning staff builds a good reputation with our customers and gives us the edge on spotting and solving small issues before they turn into a big problem.
Our Clean Care Scotland Office Team
All customers will be meeting up with their own Area Manager /Supervisor on a regular basis and have their mobile phone number for easy contact. However if you have to get in touch with the office for any reason these are the people you are most likely to be speaking with. It is always good to be able to put a face to the name on the other end of the phone, isn’t it?
Sonia Cargill, is our Accounts Manager dealing with all invoices and receipts. Sonia is on hand Monday to Friday office hours to answer any queries you may have about your invoices and payments.
She can also help with any orders for additional services such as janitorial supplies or washroom services.
Customer Services Manager Leanne Murray is available to deal with any other queries you may have about your cleaning service. You may also occasionally receive a phone call from her as she carries out our customer satisfaction surveys. Leanne will also help co-ordinate our new Cleaning Newsletter. The newsletter will advise on new techniques and systems of working to help ensure your premises are cleaned to our very high standard and other news briefs that you may be interested in finding out more about.
Our Business Development Team is headed by Debbie Johnston. Debbie has many years of experience in the cleaning service industry. She is very involved working with our customers to make sure they get the best cleaning package for their needs at a cost that doesn’t break the bank.
Our Operations Director, Victoria Greenaway, co founder of Clean Care Scotland, is also based at our head office location. With over a decade of experience in the commercial cleaning industry you can rest assured your business is in safe and clean hands with Victoria at the helm.
