Training For Commercial Cleaning and Staff Retention
We know most commercial cleaning companies that compete for the same type of work we are doing have a far larger turnover of staff. That leads to problems of maintaining standards as new cleaning people take time to understand everything that needs doing. We have a measured staff retention rate over a full year of above 95%.
Part of the reason we keep our staff is related to the in-house training we offer and the support we give We are an approved training provider for the British Institute of Cleaning Science so can provide additional professional training to our staff. Better trained and motivated cleaners means your premises are consistently clean.
Specialist Cleaning Related Services
Clean Care Scotland also have a range of staff specially trained staff to carry out some of the more complex commercial cleaning related jobs. For example
Telephone and Computer Cleaning
We have full trained teams of specialist computer cleaning staff for this important task. Learn more here.
Carpet cleaning.
We are full members of the Natural Carpet Care Association with Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification . Both require study and practical examination. We highly recommend that all commercial carpets should be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. This will both protect them and keep them looking new.
One Off Cleaning
We find we are doing this a lot when taking over from other cleaning companies but we also get requests for special occasions as well.
Strip and Seal Floor Renovation
A complex and specialist job involving removal of all existing polish and floor seals before re-applying anew. This has the benefit of not only giving a new glossy floor but helps protect the floor from damage and prolongs its life. See some examples of how we have done this here.
Provision of Janitorial Supplies and Sanitary Hygiene Supplies
