Over the past decade Clean Care Scotland have worked hard to build a high reputation as one of the top commercial cleaning services in Scotland. Obviously that vision is not an easy one to achieve but our customer surveys show we have been succeeding across the country.
All commercial cleaning companies accept that they will lose customers from time to time for lots of reasons. Some of the reasons are not the fault of the cleaning company. For example it could be the customer is transferring the work to a new location or closing down but most customers change their cleaning services provider because of quality issues. However our records show that our customer retention rate over the past four years is over 97.7% probably a record in the cleaning industry.
Maintaining Quality In Our Cleaning Services
We carry out a whole series of internal audits on our cleaning services standards as clearly laid out in our ISO 9001 manuals. This involves planning irregular visits to premises whilst the cleaners are there to carry out snap quality inspections. In addition our supervisors and managers will visit you and together you can complete a monthly audit inspection form. This keeps us on track and ensures we are picking up on any potential changes to your cleaning requirements. For example if you are planning a special marketing event, office open days, building alterations, new product or model launch etc. when you might have a need for some extra cleaning.
Carpet Cleaning Services.
Not even a quality vacuum clean can remove all the deep down dirt or stains that can affect the appearance of the carpet. We have trained a number of cleaners to be able to do a deep clean carpet clean shampoo using four different methods to suit the carpet and its usage. These type of deep cleans would usually need to be done when the areas are closed to allow cleaning to take place and dry properly. In addition most cleaning services companies do not train their staff in recognising what cleaning methods should be used on what types of carpet. Hard Floor Renovations.
Most hard floors whether hard wood dance floors, vinyl or tiles would benefit from a renovation. The actual format this would take would vary dependant obviously on the type of flooring. However taking a hard wood floor in a restaurant or night club as an example we would (simplified version)
- Remove all the polish using specialist strippers and scrubbing machines.
- Apply a new floor seal to protect the wood (several coats)
- Apply several coats of an appropriate polish
- Buff up to shine on a regular basis applying extra polish as required.
This makes the cleaning service sounds easier than it actually is. Some important stages were missed in this brief list. But we have used a similar technique on other types of hard floor for example car showroom, dining areas corridors and offices with amazing results. You can read more about this type of strip and seal renovation here.
Builders Cleans.
This term is usually used when office blocks or retail stores are undergoing some major alterations. Our cleaning services teams would go in as the building work is being completed. We have considerable experience of this work including cleaning the largest departmental store in Scotland — Next in Aberdeen. (In fact we did the builders clean for both their stores in Aberdeen). We do have one customer building nursing and residential homes who regularly ask us to go into England to do the work for them as they know only we can provide the type of specialist cleaning services they need.
In many cases when doing major works we think of it as a two stage process. The first clean is getting rid of the dirt dust and grime left by the builders. The second clean is the sparkle clean. It is that clean which gives the building that “wow” factor. Learn more about Builders cleans here.
